Returns and Exchanges:
All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in original packaging.
The original item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before an exchange can be sent out.
Diabolical Signatures reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
Proof of Purchase is required for all returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
If an item is being returned for a refund please include the packing slip form with your return and provide reason code. The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance - All sales are final and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Intimates/Underwear - All sales are final and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Swimwear - All sales are final and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Canceling Orders:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. A cancellation fee may apply.
